RFP Specialist

Your role

As an RFP Specialist at the bank, you are a highly motivated, responsible individual who is committed to the bank’s success and provides high-quality, prompt service to our front-office teams and business partners.

Your tasks

• Responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires
• Communication with various departments within the bank and asset management
• Maintenance of product-specific standard RFPs that describe the key features of the investment strategy, the investment process, and the investment team
• Management of the RFP database containing company- and product-specific information, and regular review and updating of text modules by specialized departments
• Maintaining and updating product data in consultant databases
• Responding to inquiries from customer relationship managers regarding our investment products

Your profile

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration, finance, or economics
• 3 years of practical experience in the field of RFPs in asset management
• Industry-specific knowledge is required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to evaluate issues and set priorities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A practical mindset and strong work ethic, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in German and English; fluency in French or another language is a plus
