• Report to the Chief Risk Officer (functional and administrative)
• Support in checking customer transactions (payments) and associated documentation
• Tracking of customer transaction monitoring alerts and clarification of account documentation
• Cooperation with CROs and Compliance/AML
• Assistance with periodic and/or ad-hoc review of client accounts/relationships
• Supporting the Chief Risk Officer in the preparation of periodic risk reports and risk management tasks
• Supporting the two EFCB CROs and the Executive Committee in compliance and other administrative and operational matters
• Supporting the Executive Committee in (internal and external) audit matters
• Representation of the Customer Support Officer in case of absence
• Assistance with office administration tasks

Profile

• Good knowledge of private banking transactions, internal controls (including fraud risk) and compliance regulatory requirements (AML, sanctions, suitability, cross-border, market integrity)
• Good knowledge of risks in private banking
• Adaptability to the bank's IT systems and Microsoft Office suites
• Good judgment with a healthy awareness of risk and skepticism as well as a sense of responsibility, accuracy and substance when carrying out checks
• Mid-level professional with experience in private banking, bank internal controls and/or bank internal/external audits (on risk and regulatory matters)
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, ability to integrate and communicate effectively with other parts of the EFG organization
