Risk & Compliance Specialist

Job description

• Du trägst Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Compliance-Vorgaben, indem du die operativen Einheiten bei der Risikoabwehrung und - minimierung unterstützt, risikoorientiert 2nd Line Kontrollen durchführst und Compliance-Massnahmen erarbeitest.
• Als «Risk & Compliance»-Fachperson analysierst und bewertest du die regulatorischen Themenfelder im Rahmen von Reviews und leitest selbständig gezielte Massnahmen ab.
• You will support the further development of the internal control system (ICS) with regard to compliance requirements, monitor its effectiveness and actively identify potential for improvement.
• Du überwachst Sanktionsverfahren und erkennst Auffälligkeiten bei der Überwachung von Kunden, Drittparteien und Transaktionen systematisch nach.

Requirements

• You have 5-7 years of experience in a comparable position in compliance assurance in the financial services industry, ideally in the credit card business.
• You have knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements in the area of international sanctions (SECO, OFAC, EU sanctions, UN sanctions, etc.).
• Du hast ein CAS- oder ein DAS Compliance Management und/oder ein Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschafts-Studium an einer Hochschule/Universität in der Schweiz abgeschlossen.
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
• You communicate in writing and style in German and English (orally and in writing); other language skills are a plus.
