Risk Officer
PKB is seeking an experienced Risk Officer for its Lugano branch, with at least five years of professional experience, to oversee risks in wealth management, ICT, cybersecurity, and business continuity management. The candidate will assist in identifying, mitigating, and reporting operational risks, as well as collaborating with various functions within the bank and the group.
Tasks
- Member of the bank's Risk Officer team
- Design, monitoring, and reporting of all other major risks facing the company, with a particular focus on operational risks and second-level control processes
- Collaboration with various departments within the bank and the group
- Support in identifying risks, defining mitigation measures, and assisting with risk management (asset risk, operational risk, etc.) at every stage of the cycle
- A combination of rigor and pragmatism, contributing to sound decision-making and reducing risk to an acceptable minimum
- Monitoring of Risks Related to Asset Management Activities
- ICT, Cyber, and BCM Risk Management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience
- Developed expertise in the areas of monitoring risks related to asset management activities, as well as ICT, cyber, and BCM risks
- Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operational activities with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent knowledge of Italian (C1/C2 level) and fluent English; other languages are a plus
- Stay in Switzerland
