About the job

The position is within the Risk & Performance Analysis team in the Global Investment Analytics division. The core function of this team is to support our investment management, sales, and marketing teams worldwide by responding to quantitative inquiries and producing performance statistics and ad hoc analyses for our entire product portfolio. The role is also heavily involved in regulatory reporting to the SEC, FCA, and other regulatory authorities worldwide.

Tasks

• Production of analyses for internal and external distribution
• Support in the production and review of customized risk templates and customer services
• Calculation of exposure and risk metrics with regard to ad hoc customer inquiries
• Contribution to the production and creation of commentaries/ad hoc analyses and reports
• Participation in the production and approval of the team's contribution to the quarterly regulatory report

Requirements

• Analytical mindset - strong quantitative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Problem-solving approach—the ability to analyze information, ask questions, and creatively seek pragmatic solutions
• Advanced Excel skills - strong Excel skills are essential for this role, including experience with pivot tables, data manipulation, and data visualization (ideally with advanced Excel training)
• Commercial awareness - You must be able to pose challenges, provide context, and achieve business results with stakeholders across the organization.
• Caring and proactive attitude - Willingness to take responsibility and work with the support of an experienced team while building your confidence
• Easy to work with - Ability to build constructive working relationships with colleagues from different teams
• Interest in financial markets - some knowledge of financial markets or investment vehicles is desirable
