Risk & Performance Analyst (Career Returner Program) in London.

Tasks

The position is within the Risk & Performance Analysis team within Global Investment Analytics. The core function of this team is to support our investment management, sales, and marketing teams globally by responding to quantitative inquiries and producing performance statistics and ad hoc analyses across our entire product range. The role is also heavily involved in regulatory reporting to the SEC, FCA, and other regulatory authorities around the world. Specific responsibilities:

• Production of analyses for internal and external distribution
• Support in the production and review of customized risk templates and client performance
• Calculation of exposures and risk metrics to assist in responding to ad hoc client inquiries
• Contribution to ad hoc and planned group risk analyses and reports
• Participation in the preparation and approval of the team's contribution to quarterly regulatory reporting

Requirements

• Analytical thinking - Solving quantitative problems creatively with attention to detail
• Problem-solving approach - Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and find solutions
• Advanced Excel skills - strong Excel knowledge and skills are expected

• Interest in financial markets - some knowledge of financial markets or investment vehicles is desirable
