The role

Do you enjoy telephone customer contact and demonstrating your communication skills in challenging customer conversations and in several national languages?

As an employee in the previous leasing collection and residual value collection departments, you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio.

Main tasks

• Independent management of a customer portfolio of loss-making car leasing contracts
• Contacting lessees in the event of payment delays (during the contract term and after the end of the contract)

What we wish for

• Basic commercial training
• Collection experience or experience in the financial industry is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with difficult customers
• Independent and committed way of working in a dynamic environment
• Fluent German and business fluent
