The role

Do you enjoy customer contact on the phone and demonstrating your communication skills in challenging customer conversations and in several national languages? As an employee in the previous leasing collection and residual value collection departments, you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio. The focus is on the following main tasks:

• Independent management of a customer portfolio of loss-making car leasing contracts
• Contacting lessees in the event of payment arrears (during the contract term and after the end of the contract)

• Collection experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
