Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for a Facility Management/BCM Officer (m/f) to coordinate all facility management activities, particularly in the areas of building management, security and business continuity management. The position offers a varied job with a lot of responsibility and development opportunities.

Facility Management/BCM Officer (m/f) 60 %

Your tasks

  • Assistance in the further development of Business Continuity Management (BCM), including the creation and implementation of emergency and crisis plans to ensure business continuity
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of access control systems and locking device management to ensure authorized access to sensitive areas
  • Support in the area of physical security by monitoring security measures, carrying out security inspections and administrative coordination in equipping office workplaces
  • Administrative management of contracts (insurance, rental, service and maintenance contracts) as well as processing and checking invoices
  • Support with internal services, including administrative support for cafeteria tasks, inventory management and service organization for vending machines
  • Collaboration in projects

Your profile

  • Completed basic commercial training or equivalent training
  • Knowledge of facility management, security management and business continuity management (an advantage)
  • Knowledge of security measures and technologies (an advantage) and understanding of operating procedures and processes
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Digital affinity, reliable, communicative and interested in technical processes
