Credit Center Clerk (m/f)

Job description

Your tasks:

• Quality assurance of credit applications to ensure that B2B customer requirements are met
• Independent processing of loan applications i.e. recording / mutation of transactions in the processing status (Softlaw & Finova)
• Preparation of the relevant customer documents (in particular contracts, payment promises, validation/transfer)
• Clarify processes and ensure correspondence with the parties involved in the lending business (in particular notaries, land registries, other banks)
• Maintenance and further development of existing processes and instructions

Your profile:

• Basic commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent training with at least 3 years of banking experience (without apprenticeship), of which at least 2 years in the financing area (sales or processing)
• High IT affinity and very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and ideally Finova
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Team player with a strong customer and service orientation, as well as very good communication and dialog skills
• Structured work organization with initiative, high quality standards, reliability and willingness to change/adapt
