Credit Center Clerk (m/f)
Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for a clerk (m/f) for the Credit Center in Bern to process mortgages for third-party customers. The position offers a good feedback culture, flat hierarchies and attractive employment conditions.
Job description
Your tasks:
- Quality assurance of credit applications to ensure that B2B customer requirements are met
- Independent processing of loan applications i.e. recording / mutation of transactions in the processing status (Softlaw & Finova)
- Preparation of the relevant customer documents (in particular contracts, payment promises, validation/transfer)
- Clarify processes and ensure correspondence with the parties involved in the lending business (in particular notaries, land registries, other banks)
- Maintenance and further development of existing processes and instructions
Your profile:
- Basic commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent training with at least 3 years of banking experience (without apprenticeship), of which at least 2 years in the financing area (sales or processing)
- High IT affinity and very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and ideally Finova
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Team player with a strong customer and service orientation, as well as very good communication and dialog skills
- Structured work organization with initiative, high quality standards, reliability and willingness to change/adapt
