Clerk

The role

We are looking for a dunning clerk to join our team with the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and Processing of Journal Entries
• Initiating reminders, direct debits, and transfers to our collections department on your own
• Commenting on letters of overrun with higher risk
• Independently reaching payment agreements with customers, taking into account internal guidelines
• Correspondence and telephone contact with customers, customer advisors, internal departments, and government agencies and authorities
• General administrative work

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Reliable, precise and efficient way of working
• High risk awareness and good judgment
• Enjoy working in a team
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of key banking products
