UBS is seeking a case manager for its Child and Adult Protection Law department who works efficiently and accurately, has a quick grasp of new concepts, and is interested in legal matters. This is a full-time position based in Switzerland and requires a completed commercial apprenticeship as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role

Are you interested in legal topics and a quick learner? Are efficiency and precision your strengths? Are you looking to break into the financial industry? We are seeking a Child and Adult Protection Law Clerk to join our team and handle the following responsibilities:
  • Analysis and processing of official measures issued by the Child and Adult Protection Authority through research and updates in our own banking system
  • Handling of non-governmental measures in the form of power of attorney for healthcare and representation of spouses
  • Implementation of child protection measures
  • Formal and substantive verification of credentials, as well as documentation of the measures taken
  • Providing telephone and written support to customer service representatives regarding technical inquiries
  • Telephone and written communication with government agencies, public offices, lawyers, and notaries
  • General administrative work
