The role

We are looking for a Child and Adult Protection Case Worker to join our team. The role involves the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and processing of official measures issued by the Child and Adult Protection Authority through research and data updates in our own banking system
• Handling of non-governmental measures in the form of power of attorney for healthcare and representation of spouses
• Implementation of child protection measures
• Formal and substantive verification of credentials, as well as documentation of the measures taken
• Providing telephone and written support to customer service representatives regarding technical inquiries
• Telephone and written communication with government agencies, public offices, lawyers, and notaries
• General administrative work

Requirements

• Completed business education
• More reliable, accurate, and efficient operation
• High risk awareness
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of major banks
