The role

• Analysis and processing of official child and adult protection measures through research and data updates in our own banking system
• Handling of non-governmental measures in the form of power of attorney for healthcare and representation of spouses
• Implementation of child protection measures
• Formal and substantive verification of credentials, as well as documentation of the measures taken
• Providing telephone and written support to customer service representatives regarding technical inquiries
• Telephone and written communication with government agencies, public offices, lawyers, and notaries
• General administrative work

Requirements
