UBS is seeking a collections specialist who combines efficiency and precision with strong negotiation skills and is looking to enter the financial industry. The role involves analyzing and processing account overdrafts, collection notices, and account transfers, as well as liaising with clients and internal departments.
The role

We are looking for a dunning clerk to join our team with the following responsibilities:- Analysis and processing of contour violations
- Initiating reminders, direct debits, and referrals to our collections department on your own
- Commenting on high-risk exceedance reports
- Independently reaching payment agreements with customers, taking internal guidelines into account
- Correspondence and telephone contact with customers, customer advisors, internal departments, and government agencies and authorities
- General administrative work
