The role

Do you have a flair for numbers and a quick mind? Are efficiency and accuracy your strengths? Do you have good negotiation skills? Are you looking to enter the financial sector? We are looking for a dunning clerk to join our team with the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and Resolution of Overdrafts
• Initiating reminders, direct debits, and referrals to our collections department on your own
• Commenting on high-risk exceedance reports
• Independently reaching payment agreements with customers, taking into account internal guidelines
• Correspondence and telephone contact with customers, customer advisors, internal departments, and government agencies and authorities
• General administrative work
