- Independent underwriting and daily customer contact on the phone and at the counter
- Assuming primary responsibility for the online channel and lead management
- Deputy for fleet contracts including personal insurance as support for the internal sales team
- Providing information for customer inquiries
- Advising customers on the phone and at the counter
- Coordination of requests to customer advisors
- Preparation and dispatch of quotations and policies
- Supporting client advisors and working with them
- Carrying out back-office work
Requirements
- Basic commercial training in the insurance industry, preferably with a VVG examination
- Professional experience and technical affinity
- High service and customer orientation
- Enjoy contact with people
- Very good knowledge of German
