Wreck and Fleet Management Clerk (f/m/d)
As a wreck and fleet management clerk, you will support customers from the insurance and motor vehicle industry with questions relating to motor vehicles and take on administrative work in connection with wreck trading. You act as a hub for all administrative issues and are the first point of contact for questions relating to the wreck trade.

Wreck and Fleet Management Clerk (f/m/d)Tasks
- Taking over all administrative work in connection with the wreck trade: from tendering, monitoring of trading activities to invoicing
- Preparation of customs formalities and assignment declarations
- Hub function for all administrative issues between clients, experts and insured persons
- Answering written and telephone inquiries from all over Switzerland in German and French as the first point of contact on the subject of vrack trading
Requirements
- Basic commercial training with relevant professional experience, ideally already with customer contact
- Independent, goal-oriented, careful and customer-oriented way of working
- Assertive, proactive and resilient personality
- Organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking
- German mother tongue with good knowledge of French; languages are an advantage
