Central Registry Clerk
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Central Registry Clerk to manage and validate customer data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires at least two years of banking experience and knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
Tasks
- You are responsible for managing the operational activities of the Central Registry, with a particular focus on the review, validation, and activation of new customer relationships.
- You process and manage all changes to customer data in the database (name, address, spelling corrections) and ensure their accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and that they are continuously updated and maintained.
- They work closely with the compliance team to ensure that defined goals and deadlines are met.
- They actively participate in projects related to the Central Registry, support their implementation, and ensure the accuracy of the operational brochures.
- They ensure a high level of data quality control by focusing on data integrity and quality.
- You will serve as the team leader's substitute to ensure that processes and legal requirements at the Central Registry continue to run reliably and smoothly.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of relevant banking experience
- You are familiar with banking regulatory requirements, in particular the AMLV, PoBAV, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), as well as the corresponding
