Job description
Accounting Clerk for Pension Foundations & Bank (100%)The task
- Execution of periodic invoicing and commissioning to various partners
- Preparation of monthly bank financial statements (income & expenses) in TCS BaNCS and reporting to the accounting department
- Control of the general ledgers of various pension foundations
- Collaboration in the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements of the various pension funds, including the annual financial statements (in accordance with Swiss GAP FER26)
- Reconciliation of the balance sheet and income statement
- Monitoring the diagnostics of financial accounting
- Active participation in the further development of accounting processes and digitization projects
- Various administrative activities in the area of accounting
Your professional profile
- Commercial training or high school diploma
- At least 3 years of professional experience in finance/accounting
- Experience in the foundation or banking sector (an advantage)
- Strong quality awareness, ability to work under pressure and strong team spirit
- Very precise, independent way of working and good German language skills
- Technical flair and very good user knowledge of banking applications
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
