Digital Banking Specialist

Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist (80–100%) in Fribourg to further develop the digital customer experience and provide second-level support for digital products. Your role

Would you like to play a key role in further developing our digital customer experiences? Are you interested in digital products, have a strong technical understanding, and are comfortable communicating in both German and French? As a Digital Banking Specialist, you’ll join a dedicated and diverse team responsible for our digital services: e-banking, mobile banking, multibanking, Twint, and more.

Your tasks

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
  • Second-level support for digital products (individual and business customers).
  • Administrative management of access rights and specific configurations for corporate customers (EBICS, payment files, management tools).
  • Handling of digital fraud cases in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Supporting product managers in the further development and quality assurance of digital services.
  • Design and delivery of internal and external training programs (for customers, the branch network, and partners).

Your profile

You are a versatile person who enjoys analyzing, communicating, and finding solutions:
  • Strong familiarity with digital tools and an interest in digital banking services.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers.
  • Analytical thinking, curiosity, independence, and initiative.
  • Reliability, team spirit, and resilience—even during busy periods.
  • Native speaker of German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language (B2–C1).
  • Motivation to learn new things and actively contribute to further development.
