Front Support Team Account/Card Clerk 80 - 100 %Tasks
- Order and manage debit and credit cards
- Check and execute account balance and card issues
- Process various products from the ancillary fee (information sheet, conditions, contracts, terminations, replacement cards and definitive statements)
- Being the complete contact person for our front-line employees, as well as executive tasks in the area of controlling (invoicing, reminders, etc.)
Requirements
- basic commercial training
- if possible at least 2 years of practical experience in administration or the financial sector
- Very good knowledge of French
- Quick comprehension and good networked thinking
- a communicative, team-oriented and empathetic personality
- the ability to work smoothly and efficiently
