Front Support Team Account/Card Clerk
As a clerk in the Front Support Team Account/Cards, you will be responsible for processing debit and credit cards, controversial cases and exceptional cases as well as for communicating with external partners. You will work independently and as part of a team in day-to-day operations.

Tasks
- Order and manage debit and credit cards
- Controversial cases that are reviewed and discussed in advance (including escalations, application and exceptional cases)
- Developing, coordinating and preparing solutions independently in day-to-day operations
- Competent contact person for our front support staff in all external matters
- Ongoing administrative and supplementary tasks for employees, most administrative tasks are automated
Requirements
- Basic commercial training
- If possible, at least 2 years of practical experience in banking or a financial service provider
- Very good knowledge of French
- Quick comprehension and good networked thinking
- A communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality
- Flexibility, willingness and experience to work overtime
