General Services Clerk (50–60%, primarily mornings)
Liberty Vorsorge AG is seeking an administrative assistant for its General Services department (50–60% position, primarily mornings) to perform tasks such as assisting the General Secretariat, handling mail and shipping, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training, a strong service-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Your area of responsibility
- Assisting the General Secretariat and helping to staff the reception desk
- Responsibility for daily mail and shipping operations
- Working in the switchboard
- Providing expert support to our clients and customers as their primary point of contact, as well as facilitating targeted referrals
- Document Archiving and Digitization
- Drafting and editing correspondence in German, French, and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Performing minor maintenance tasks to keep our business premises and facilities in good condition
Your Profile – Dedicated and Curious
- Completed vocational training in business or the hospitality industry
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and a strong commitment to customer service
- A structured and reliable approach to work, even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Resilience, high standards of quality, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who enjoys working with a team of five
- German (native language), French (proficient)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Finnova or CRM systems is a plus
- A hands-on approach and technical skills
