Tasks

As a Credit Back-Office Specialist, you will apply your analytical and monitoring skills while ensuring smooth coordination with the various departments. Your astute approach to reviewing loan files enables you to improve the overall management of credit files. Your responsibilities include:

• Processing, reviewing, and managing loan applications for individual and business customers
• Proper management of customer files (in terms of deadlines, quality, and compliance with regulations) through flawless data processing
• Measures Taken in Response to Potential or Actual Risks
• Contributing to the tasks of the internal control system (ICS) and complying with credit policy
• Supporting customer service representatives and fostering constructive dialogue

Requirements

This position is perfect for you if:

• You have completed a business-related vocational training program (EFZ, Matura, or equivalent) and have several years of relevant experience in the back-office area of bank lending
• You have a strong sense of the importance of adhering to priorities and deadlines
• You not only have excellent French skills, but also good oral and written German skills; bilingualism would be a major plus
• You are proficient in using IT tools and have strong analytical skills
• Your strong interpersonal skills are complemented by a positive attitude
• You are a disciplined and independent person
