Credit Back-Office Clerk

Tasks

• As a Credit Back-Office Clerk, you will apply your analytical and monitoring skills in the day-to-day processing of credit documents.
• In doing so, you play a key role in quality assurance and in ensuring that account and loan files are properly documented.
• You will actively support the credit team (Analysis and Development) in analysis and development as well as in quality assurance tasks, such as credit reviews.
• Organizing a smooth workflow in the documentation department.
• Seamless coordination with the various departments.
• Processing, reviewing, and managing loan documents for individual and corporate clients.
• Actively contribute to the proper management of customer files (in terms of regulatory compliance) through flawless data processing.
• Appropriate measures are taken in the event of potential or actual risks.
• Participate in the tasks of the internal control system (ICS) and contribute to credit policy.
• Supporting customer service representatives.
• Promoting a constructive spirit of competition and interdisciplinary exchange to achieve win-win outcomes.

Requirements

• Business education (EFZ, Matura, or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in the back-office area for bank loans.
• A strong sense of the importance of adhering to priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of French.
• Good written German skills.
• Strong social and language skills.
• Quality assurance skills.
• A disciplined approach to work.
• High reliability.
• Enjoyment of communicating with different groups of people.
