Credit Processing Clerk Special Tasks (a) 80% -100% Aarau

Tasks

• You manage our vault and administer physical security such as safe keys or vault room.
• You are responsible for recording, maintaining and checking collateral in our systems.
• You ensure the correct storage of collateral and the archiving of credit documents in accordance with internal guidelines.
• You maintain contact with notaries, banks, insurance companies and customer advisors.
• You will also be involved in process optimization and implementation in credit processing and with interface partners.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training at a bank or retail company or have an equivalent vocational qualification.
• Professional experience in the land registry business, e.g. in the credit department or land registry office, is an advantage.
• You are curious, open to new things and can quickly find your feet and contribute your own ideas.
• You can put your customer focus to good use by working closely with customer advisors, either in the office directly with the customer or at our counter.
• You work precisely, are organized and like to take on responsibility.
• Teamwork and cross-sector communication as part of our way of working.
