Customer support clerk

The position of Customer Support Clerk includes administrative tasks in customer support, such as processing contract documents, correspondence and claims, as well as advising customers by telephone. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training and have good communication skills.

Customer support clerk 80 - 100%

Tasks

  • Administrative processing and legal review of contract documents from private and corporate clients
  • Carrying out balancing
  • Card management including processing of claims
  • Processing general correspondence from our customers and preparing contractual documents (maps, cards, powers of attorney, etc.)
  • Processing of incoming mail and archiving (scanning) of contract documents
  • Advising our customers by telephone and processing their requests

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoyment of and interest in the banking business and a flair for responding to customers' needs
  • High quality awareness as well as an independent and reliable way of working
