Claims Specialist, Animalia Dog and Cat Insurance (m/f/other)

Tasks

• Assign and Prioritize Incoming Mail
• Case management and prioritized processing of cases through to completion, including: opening the file, clarifying the facts, requesting additional documents or supporting evidence if the file is incomplete, reviewing contractual relationships, calculating the amount of benefits due, and finally issuing the payment order
• Answering customer inquiries (written and verbal)
• Contact with your trusted veterinarian or veterinary practices or clinics

Requirements

• EFZ as a veterinary practice assistant
• Native-level proficiency in German
• Think independently, objectively, and analytically
• Feeling Comfortable Dealing with Priorities and Deadlines
