Vaudoise Insurance is looking for a claims handler in the area of dog and cat insurance to provide customers with high-quality services. The position includes, among other things, the independent processing of cases, customer inquiries and communication with veterinarians.
Job description
Benefits clerk Animallia dog and cat insurance (m / f / x)Tasks
- Sort and prioritize incoming mail
- Independent and proactive handling of cases through to completion, including:
- Opening of claims dossiers
- Examination of the facts
- Request for additional documents or receipts if incomplete
- Checking the insurance cover and calculating the amount of benefits due
- Issuing the payment order
- Answering customer inquiries (written and verbal)
- Contact with our trusted veterinarian and the veterinary practices or clinics
Requirements
- EFZ as a veterinary practice assistant
- Native German language skills
- Independent, dynamic and analytical mindset
- Experience in dealing with priorities and deadlines
