Tasks

• Sort and prioritize incoming mail
• Independent and proactive handling of cases through to completion, including:
  • Opening of claims dossiers
  • Examination of the facts
  • Anforderungen zusätzlicher Dokumente oder Belege bei Unvollständigkeit
  • Checking the insurance cover and calculating the amount of benefits due
  • Issuing the payment order
• Answering customer inquiries (written and verbal)
• Kontakt mit unserem Vertrauens­terarzt und den Tierarztpraxen oder -kliniken

Requirements

• EFZ als Tiermedizinische/r Praxisassistents/in
• Native German language skills
• Independent, dynamic and analytical mindset
• Experience in dealing with priorities and deadlines
