Claims Administrator, Animilia Dog and Cat Insurance (m/f/x)

Tasks

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Sort and prioritize incoming mail
• Independent and proactive handling of cases until completion, including:
  • Opening of claims dossiers
  • Checking the facts
  • Requests for additional documents or supporting documents in case of incompleteness
  • Checking the insurance cover and calculating the amount of benefits due
  • Issuing the payment order
• Answering customer inquiries (written and verbal)
• Contact with our trusted veterinarian and veterinary practices or clinics

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• EFZ as a veterinary practice assistant
• Native German language skills
• Ability to think independently, dynamically, and analytically
• Feeling comfortable dealing with priorities and deadlines
