Daily Sickness Benefits Claims Processor (m/f/d) 80–100%
Vaudoise is seeking an experienced claims adjuster in Bern to handle daily sickness benefit claims in the personal insurance sector. The position involves customer-focused case management, correspondence, and collaboration with doctors and care managers on an 80–100% basis.
Tasks
- Qualified and proactive processing of daily sickness benefit cases in close cooperation with care managers and consulting physicians
- Proactive, independent, and client-centered case management
- Drafting complex correspondence as claims progress and handling challenging phone calls
- Regular communication with customers, external authorities, third parties, physicians, and legal representatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in business and, ideally, professional experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of Social Security
- Fluent German; knowledge of French is a plus
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Organizational skills and resilience
