• Active, solution-oriented and conductive case management
• Drafting complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
• Regular communication with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors, and legal representatives

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training and, ideally, a professional certificate in the insurance sector
• Professional experience in the field of personal injury insurance
• Stable knowledge of German; knowledge of an advantage
• Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
