Tasks

• Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with case managers and consulting physicians
• Active, empathetic, and customer-oriented case management
• Composing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
• Regular communication with insured customers, customers, authorities, doctors, and legal representatives

Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training and, ideally, a professional certificate in the insurance sector
• Professional experience in the field of personal injury insurance
• Stylish German, good knowledge an advantage
• Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
