Tasks
- Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with the case managers and consulting physicians
- Aktive, lösungsorientierte und konsequente Fallführung
- Composing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
- Regelmässiger Austausch mit den Versichereten, Kunden sowie Behörden, Ärzten und Rechtsvertretern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung sowie optimalerweise Fachausweis im Versicherungswezen
- Professional experience in the field of personal injury
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse mit Vorteilen
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
