Vaudoise is looking for a committed individual as an Accident Benefits Administrator (60-100%) to process accidents in close cooperation with Care Managers and consulting physicians. The position requires completed commercial training, professional experience in the area of personal injury and good communication skills.

- Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with the care managers and consulting physicians
- Active, offensive and conductive case management
- Composing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
- Regular exchanges with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors and legal representatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial or comparable professional training and ideally a specialist certificate in insurance
- Professional experience in the field of personal injury
- Stable knowledge of German; knowledge of French an advantage
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
