Vaudoise is looking for a committed individual as an Accident Benefits Administrator (60-100%) to process accidents in close cooperation with case managers and consulting physicians. The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, professional experience in the field of personal injury insurance and a good command of German.

Tasks

  • Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with the case managers and consulting physicians
  • Active, solution-oriented and conductive case management
  • Composing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
  • Regular exchange with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors and legal representatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or comparable professional training and ideally a specialist certificate in the insurance sector
  • Professional experience in the field of personal injury insurance
  • Stable knowledge of written and spoken German
  • Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
