The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, professional experience in the field of personal injury insurance and a good command of German.

- Qualified and proactive handling of accidents in close cooperation with the case managers and consulting physicians
- Active, solution-oriented and conductive case management
- Composing complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
- Regular exchange with insured persons, customers, authorities, doctors and legal representatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial or comparable professional training and ideally a specialist certificate in the insurance sector
- Professional experience in the field of personal injury insurance
- Stable knowledge of written and spoken German
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
