Dunning clerk

The role

We are looking for a dunning clerk to join our team with the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and processing of account bookkeeping
• Independent triggering of reminders, write-offs, and transfer to our debt collection department
• Commenting on high-risk violations
• Independently reaching payment agreements with customers, taking into account internal guidelines
• Correspondence and telephone contact with customers, customer advisors, internal departments, and government agencies and authorities
• General administrative work

• High risk awareness and good negotiating skills

• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of important banking products
