Tasks

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of a large part of the estate transactions, from securing measures to the administrative settlement of the estate.
• You carry out written and telephone clarifications with internal and external departments as well as with customers.
• You enjoy analyzing facts, using your scope of action and making case-related decisions.
• You will support the customer service team with selected administrative tasks.
• You are actively involved in the further development and improvement of our processes.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or equivalent training and have experience in customer contact.
• You work in a careful, structured and reliable manner and think proactively beyond your own area of responsibility.
• You have knowledge of or an interest in matrimonial property and inheritance law and would like to develop your skills in this area.
• You are service-oriented, empathetic and have a flair for recognizing and responding to individual needs.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude and appreciate working in a supportive environment.
