- You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of a large part of the estate transactions, from securing measures to the administrative settlement of the estate.
- You carry out written and telephone clarifications with internal and external bodies as well as with clients.
- You enjoy analyzing facts, using your scope of action and making case-related decisions.
- You will support the customer service team with selected administrative tasks.
- You are actively involved in the further development and improvement of our processes.
Requirements
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or equivalent training and have experience in customer contact.
- You work in a careful, structured and reliable manner and think proactively beyond your own area of responsibility.
- You have knowledge of or an interest in matrimonial property and inheritance law and would like to develop your skills in this area.
- You are service-oriented, empathetic and have a flair for recognizing and responding to individual needs.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and appreciate working in a supportive environment.
