The position involves helping to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, communicating with internal stakeholders and processing documents.

Tasks and area of responsibility
- Active participation in the design of a smooth onboarding process for new customers
- Binding and clear communication with internal stakeholders
- Careful processing and checking of incoming mail and documents
- Independent clarifications with internal and external bodies
- Implementation of control tasks
- Dedicated support for the team in meeting targets and deadlines
- Collaboration on projects and taking on a variety of tasks
- Introducing innovative ideas
- Taking on deputies to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (E or M profile)
- Knowledge of master data back office and experience with core banking systems
- Fluent in written and spoken German; English or French an advantage
