Liberty Vorsorge AG is looking for a team- and service-oriented person as Onboarding Operations Clerk (f/m) part-time (60%-80%) for the Seewen-Schwyz location. The position involves helping to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, communicating with internal stakeholders and processing documents.

Tasks and area of responsibility

  • Active participation in the design of a smooth onboarding process for new customers
  • Binding and clear communication with internal stakeholders
  • Careful processing and checking of incoming mail and documents
  • Independent clarifications with internal and external bodies
  • Implementation of control tasks
  • Dedicated support for the team in meeting targets and deadlines
  • Collaboration on projects and taking on a variety of tasks
  • Introducing innovative ideas
  • Taking on deputies to ensure that everything runs smoothly

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training (E or M profile)
  • Knowledge of master data back office and experience with core banking systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken German; English or French an advantage
