Job description
Product data clerk (e-banking / cards / digital onboarding)80 -100% part-time
Your tasks
- Processing of loan agreements (openings and changes)
- Counter service of the telephone second-level support for e-banking and TwinT
- Processing of applications and orders in connection with maps
- Interface onboarding (DVB) of new customers
- Analyzing customer problems, helping to find solutions and taking over error tickets
- Support or representation of the team in internal bank projects
Our requirements
- Commercial training (banking expertise an advantage)
- Understanding of IT issues and cross-system analytical thinking (high analytical ability)
- High willingness to learn and perform
- Independent, conscientious, precise and reliable way of working
- Ability to think in context, act independently and adapt quickly to new situations
- Assessor, team player, solution-oriented, quick learner
- Proactive and friendly communication with internal customers
- Great interest in administrative processes and their future development
