Product data clerk (e-banking / cards / digital onboarding)Your tasks
- Processing of e-banking contracts (openings and changes)
- Processing second-level telephone support requests for e-banking and TwinTix
- Processing of applications and orders in connection with maps
- Check onboarding data supplied by new customers
- Analysis of customer problems, assistance in finding solutions and support in the creation of error tickets
- Support or representation of the team in internal bank projects
Our requirements
- Commercial training (banking expertise an advantage)
- Understanding of IT issues and cross-system analytical thinking (high analytical ability)
- High willingness to learn and perform
- Independent, careful, precise and reliable way of working
- Flexibility to think in context, to act independently, to adapt quickly to new situations
- Assessor, team player, solution-oriented, quick learner
- Enjoy communicating with internal customers
- Great interest in manufacturing processes and their future developments
