Tasks

carry out transaction clarifications independently in accordance with the Money Laundering Ordinance and are responsible for assessing them
Assess complex transactions and analyze facts
Client consultations in the area of money laundering prevention and legal requirements in the areas of money laundering, criminal prosecution, supervisory law and regulatory requirements (e.g. AMLA, CDB20, AMLO, AEOI, FATCA, OIG).

Requirements

Basic commercial training
At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of money laundering prevention or the financial sector
Very good legal knowledge
A strong communication, team-oriented and empathetic nature that enables you to take on responsibility
The ability to recognize risks and expectations and to behave correctly in delicate situations
