Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is looking for a Service Center Specialist to handle the operational aspects of partner onboarding and process UAF tickets. Ideally, you will have completed a business apprenticeship in the banking sector, have several years of experience in banking operations, and possess a very good command of German.
Your tasks
- Operational implementation and support for partner onboarding, including the necessary checks
- Processing UAF tickets in the OnlineBoarding, HAEL, and HAF areas
What you bring with you
- Completed business training in the banking sector or several years of professional experience in banking
- Several years of experience in banking operations and a solid understanding of operational banking processes
- Excellent written and spoken German. Knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and an interest in system- and process-related issues
