- Processing customer orders in the areas of payments, investments, provisions and foreign exchange
- Telephone advice for customer concerns
- Administration and support in the area of e-banking
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship (an advantage) or career changer with commercial experience
- Team and service-oriented
- Enjoy customer contact by telephone
- Take responsibility and lead customer concerns to a solution-oriented goal
- Interest in IT and enjoy helping to shape and implement digitization processes
