UBS is looking for a full-time Customer Incident Administrator to join its team in Switzerland, to handle customer incidents and act as a point of contact for technical questions. The position requires a commercial education, excellent communication skills, and an efficient approach to work.
The role

We are seeking a Customer Claims Specialist to join our team and handle the following responsibilities:- Analysis and Processing of Identification Documents in Inheritance Cases
- Internal contact person for technical questions regarding customer cases, available to customer service representatives via the internal hotline and messaging system
- Responding to inquiries from notaries, attorneys, probate courts, or heirs
- Research and data adjustments within the bank's own system
- Telephone and written communication with government agencies, public offices, lawyers, and notaries
