Tasks

• Reviewing and Processing Customer Contracts and Documents
• Reproducing and Sending Customer Documents Such as Bank Statements and Tax Statements
• Drafting Disposition Provisions and Contracts
• Maintaining customer data, such as address and name changes
• Help optimize and further develop processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience at a bank or in a similar role in the financial sector
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT applications
• You'll stand out with your friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer focus
• You stand out for your efficient, precise work style, high standards for quality, and enthusiasm for actively contributing ideas
• Very good written and spoken German
