Payment Transaction Clerk Clarifications (a) 80% - 100% Aarau

Tasks

• You provide competent specialist support for internal and external customers in payment transactions and resolve complaints and bankruptcies.
• You process the compliance and fraud filters and, if necessary, conduct internal and external investigations to prevent and process fraud.
• Your tasks include processing outgoing and incoming non-STP payment transaction instructions as well as the resulting follow-up work.
• You will independently process inquiries and correspond with our partner banks by e-mail and telephone.
• You contribute your cooperation and know-how to the testing of effects and their impact.

Requirements

• You have a sound education in payment transactions or have experience in payment transactions (payment and account management processing).
• You are familiar with national and international payment service providers.
• Professional experience in accession and GMP holding/ temporary or agency work is an advantage.
• You are someone who values independent, structured and solution-oriented work.
